Prices
The prices differ in size and equipment of the respective apartments and refer to one apartment per night with an occupancy of 2 persons.
In some apartments up to two additional persons can be accommodated for 15 Euro/night each.
Dogs or cats are allowed on request and are charged at 5 Euro/night.
If you need a high chair or a travel bed for your child, we will be happy to provide this for you at no extra charge. Children who have already passed the age of a travel cot also stay free of charge up to 16 years. Only for the extra bed a one-time flat rate of 15 Euro is charged.
Our prices are all inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, tea towels, all additional costs and Internet (W-Lan).
Not included in the price: visitor's tax, pets, additional persons (on folding couch or extra bed), food and intermediate cleaning.
Please understand that we have to charge extra for stays of less than 7 nights. You will find the exact overview in our price table.

Vouchers
With vouchers you can make everyone happy! No matter if for a wedding, a birthday or just as a nice present.
You have the possibility to have a value voucher of any amount issued, or you can give away a number of nights in one of our apartments with a freely selectable date, e.g. 2 nights in apartment 8 or 9 on the island of Reichenau.
The owner of the voucher simply states the voucher number when booking and we will charge the amount to the booking.

Pets:
Are very welcome! We have a dog ourselves and we encourage you to take your pet with you on holiday if possible. We assume that you, as a pet owner, are in responsible contact with your environment and help us to continue to enable a happy coexistence with other holiday guests. Please understand that we nevertheless charge a daily flat rate of 5 Euro due to the increased cleaning effort.
Booking and payment:
Your booking is valid as soon as we have sent you a booking confirmation. Payment for the apartments is only possible electronically by bank transfer or Paypal (+1.9% on the total price). After confirmed booking you have to pay a deposit of 20% within one week, the remaining amount has to be transferred until the day of arrival.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Via electronic access and a key safe you can check in at any time from 15:00 hrs. The apartment is reserved until 10:00 am on the day of departure. Should your flight or train be delayed, we will surely find a good place for your luggage to store it.
House rules:
Mutual consideration is the most important thing, including a no smoking policy in the whole house. You will find a few more tips on this topic nicely framed in each apartment.
Transportation in Konstanz:
Konstanz is known as a bicycle city with a well developed network of bicycle paths. All sights, restaurants, etc. can be reached either on foot or even faster by bike. If the weather is not quite right, you can use the public city bus network free of charge with the visitor's tax voucher. The walk to the main station takes about 10 minutes.
Parking spaces in Konstanz:
Since our house is centrally located in the old town, it is no big secret that parking spaces directly at the house are scarce. Therefore we gladly recommend the parking garage "Am Benediktinerplatz"- only 6-7 minutes walking distance away and with fair prices. For loading and unloading you can drive to the house without any problems, the best way is via the Rheinsteig.
