Contact via booking system

Data storage
The data provided by you will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage or the purpose for which the data was stored ceases to apply. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods and obligations - remain unaffected by this.
The following data from your enquiry and booking with us, insofar as you have provided them, will be stored by us:
Name, address data, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile phone number, the number of travellers (children and adults), booking period, holiday apartment booked, further details in the message field.
The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will only be transferred to third parties if this is necessary for the processing of the booking and the conclusion of the contract and only with your express consent.
If a booking is made, we will store your data in accordance with the statutory retention periods when the contract is concluded.
The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the local tourist office or registration office for the purpose of issuing a registration form within the framework of the contract processing, if this is required by the local registration office for tourist stays due to the rental relationship. If no contract is concluded as a result of your enquiry, this data will be completely deleted after 6 months.
